Children and Young People

We have an active Junior Church which is held at the same time as the morning Communion Service every Sunday morning during term time in the adjoining school hall. There are two groups for older children and younger children respectively. The older children join the main Family Holy Communion Service in the church just before The Peace. At the end of the Service both groups tell the congregation about what they have learned in Junior Church that day.

The Children's Area

The Children's Area in the church has a folding screen with the intention that it should be used by parents and toddlers during worship. On the walls in this area can be seen The Children's Mural designed by a member of our congregation and painted by a small team led by the designer.
